Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using snff.io.

1. What snff is

snff.io ("snff", "we", "us") is a link aggregation and profile hosting service. We provide users with a personalised URL (e.g. snff.io/username) where they can list hyperlinks to their social media profiles, websites, and other online destinations.

snff does not host, create, produce, store, distribute, transmit, or endorse any content that exists on third-party platforms linked to from user profiles. We are a directory of links, not a content platform.

2. Section 230 — intermediary protection

snff is an interactive computer service provider as defined under 47 U.S.C. § 230 (Communications Decency Act). snff is not the publisher or speaker of any information provided by users or accessible via links on user profiles. We are not liable for any content provided by third parties or accessible through third-party links.

Users — not snff — are solely responsible for the links they post and for any content accessible at those links.

3. Adult content disclaimer

snff.io is not an adult content platform. snff does not host, publish, or distribute adult or sexually explicit material. Users may choose to include links on their profile that point to third-party platforms which may contain age-restricted or adult content (such as OnlyFans, Fansly, Chaturbate, or similar services).

snff bears no responsibility for the nature, legality, accuracy, or availability of any content on third-party sites. Accessing any third-party content is subject solely to the terms, age restrictions, and content policies of those third-party platforms.

snff is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party platform that users may link to.

4. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a snff account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use snff to link to, promote, or distribute:

  • Any content that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law
  • Any material that sexually depicts, exploits, or endangers minors (CSAM) — violations will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
  • Content that incites violence, hatred, or harassment against individuals or groups
  • Malware, phishing pages, or any content designed to deceive or harm users
  • Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
  • Spam or unsolicited commercial communications

We reserve the right to remove any link or suspend any account that we determine, at our sole discretion, violates these terms or brings snff into disrepute.

6. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for the links you add to your snff profile and for ensuring that those links comply with applicable law and these terms. You represent and warrant that you have the right to share each URL you add.

snff operates as a passive conduit. We do not review, monitor, or pre-screen user-submitted links. The mere presence of a link on snff does not constitute any endorsement by us of the linked content.

7. Intellectual property

The snff name, logotype, and brand identity are proprietary to snff. Unauthorised reproduction or use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

You retain all rights to content you upload (such as profile photos and bio text). By uploading, you grant snff a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content solely for the purpose of operating your profile page.

8. DMCA safe harbor

snff complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe a link or content on a snff profile infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The URL of the allegedly infringing snff profile or link
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights owner (or authorised to act on their behalf)
  • Your physical or electronic signature

9. Disclaimers

Important — please read

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SNFF AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF SNFF HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO SNFF IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

11. Dispute resolution — binding arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND PROVIDES FOR RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of snff shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER. You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between snff and you individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) no dispute shall be arbitrated on a class or representative basis; and (c) you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@snff.io within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. To the extent court proceedings are permitted under Section 11, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of snff following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
